Comes in 2 different styles.
Style A:
About 9 inches wide, 4 inches tall, 1/4 inch thick.
The design is printed on a 1/8 inch sublimation MDF wood then glued onto a 1/8 inch oak plywood using permanent glue.

Style B:
About 10 inches wide, 5 inches tall, 1/4 inch thick.
The design is printed on a 9"x4"x1/4" sublimation MDF wood. Then wood with design and 1/8 inch oak plywood border are glued onto another 1/8 inch oak plywood using permanent glue.

Both designs come with 2 S-hooks.

You can also include a picture of your dog. Please choose a photo that shows your dog's face clearly. I will include just the head part of your dog.
